A first rate boot camp that caters for all abilities. John encourages everyone and has personally got me to do things I never thought I would have done! Very friendly and welcoming group. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Also, a fantastic personal trainer. I have been with John for over a year and he is excellent at pushing you to your limits

I can't praise John highly enough, what i have achieved in the last 9 months i have spent training with him is far beyond anything i could've achieved on my own. I have lost 2 and a half stone in weight, and around 10% body fat. I feel fitter and happier as a result. Thank you John.

I really enjoy and look forward to my training with John. Since going to him early this year , I have lost weight and got so much fitter! He is great at getting you motivated , what ever level of fitness you are. The sessions are hard work, different every time and you get the results you want and you have fun as well.

Love training with John, I also attend his bootcamp on Saturday morning in Woodborough! They are always fun and John makes sure all the exercises and circuits are different every week so you don't get bored!!

I've been training with John a while now and continue to see great progress. No two sessions are the same, and each one is designed to push me to the max; something I'd love. Unlike other personal trainers I've had, John is great at getting the best out of me. I'd highly recommend him to anyone out there looking to get into better shape and have a good time in doing so! 10/10 for me!
