Woodborough Alpacas

What a lovely day! Would recommend it to anyone. Jane was fantastic, full of knowledge about the alpaca's, chickens and her sheep. All the animals looked super happy and looked after. Would happily go again!

We came here as part of a wellbeing afternoon with work and Jane put us a package together. We started out the afternoon foraging for lemon and mint leaves to make our own tea with a home-baked snack. We then took had a talk about the history of the farm and learnt lots of interest facts about the male alpacas on a short walk and fed the female alpacas and crias. The day was finished off with us making nature based art. The whole day ran perfectly and there was attention to detail throughout. They really did think of everything. We had a wonderful time and felt so relaxed afterwards. Nature is magical that way. We would definitely recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much for giving us such a perfect afternoon.

Very disappointed with the woman's attitude of us yesterday! I attended in place of my girlfriend's sister and we were told we had cancelled which she hadn't. She then also got very short and mean because we had our baby with us! We was going to put the baby in a carrier and I was going to walk around with her whilst my girlfriend walked the alpacas! But was told we can't and also she won't give us a refund, avoid this! We went 10 mins up the road to white post farm and saw alpacas there anyway for half the price!

I had a great time during our walk with the alpacas. Deborah and Richard explained everything very well before the walk and were very knowledgeable and polite answering all questions with a smile from everyone. Got to walk an Alpaca called Birthday Girl and was a delight for both myself and my wife to see how chilled and happy she was. Towards the end we got to feed the alpacas which was fun watching them all march towards people with the bags of food ! Overall it was a brilliant experience and something I would recommend to anyone. Thank you !
