        Tried to get a quote for an ev charging point. I called and a message was taken by someone who was clearly employed to take messages but no understanding of the business. Received an email the next day asking for more details of the job which I supplied. The next day I received a quote for the wrong charger so I emailed back asking for the correct one and never heard back! Very disappointing particularly as Im less than a mile from them and a phone call or visit would have resolved any confusion.
