Forest View - Care Home Walthamstow

A little premature some would say for writing a review with mum having residing not even two weeks, but I just had to do this review. I am absolutely blown away by the care and service and professionalism they have shown me. My mother has come on in such a way jaw dropping for me. Like I said its only been under two weeks and the peace both myself mum and my brother have for being is that we have no words. You see before mum had Dementia I made a vow to never place her in any such place. However having cared for mum for just under a year with me the time had come for mum to somewhere where she can get proper care, and proper care she is getting. The staff are not in it for the money the genuinely care for their residents. Also the other resident look calm and at peace and to me that speaks volumes. Thank you.

My mum spent 12 years at Forest View and I have always been very happy with her care. The management are very professional and the staff are very friendly and compassionate. Unfortunately, mum had to be moved into a nursing home because her condition has become progressively worse. I would like to thank all the staff for their hard work over the years and to Pam for all her help with mum's transfer.
