This business took my wedding dress and veil to clean it, supposedly providing a specialist cleaning service.
Firstly, the business NEVER cleaned my dress. Even after the supposed specialist cleaning, there were still napkins in the pockets of my dress; the bustle was not undone, and there were hairs, leaves and stains all over the dress.
Secondly, the business NEVER returned my veil, claiming that they placed it in the bag. The business has STOLEN my veil.
I have called the business so many times. They only picked up the phone once, only to shut it on my face when I asked, whom am I speaking with?
Stay away from Emerald Express Dry Cleaners. Not only are they unprofessional, but they are also thieves.
