Absolute WORST dry cleaning service. As others have mentioned, they tried to give my item back to me in a bag and thought I wouldnt check. When I did check the alignment of the hoodie was completely out and the zip was not symmetrical. I pulled them up on it and the man acted as if to say he didnt know what I was on about. After I insisted it be rectified he then said he would get the tailor to look at it, I asked for my money back and he told me NO. Needless to say I saw red and we argued until I got my money back. I was so livid that I had to leave my garment there but I couldnt leave with it looking the way it did. I really wish I had read reviews first otherwise I NEVER would have taken it there. When I went to pick it up a second time I had a much more reasonable man. I still wasnt pleased with the item but I had no choice but to accept it was the best it was going to get. Ill never get over just how vile the first man was and thats an understatement. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Service: Alterations

Great dry cleaners, have been using them for around 3 years, good customer service, always turn around dry cleaning and tailoring quickly.
