I am very happy with the high quality of efficiency, empathy and care of the reception staff! Sure, sometimes when one calls they have to wait a bit to be answered, but they always do and theyre very helpful and polite! Im glad to be in such good care!

It been a week now every morning I am trying to call I wait 1 hour to pick up the calls when I reach to number 1 they disconnected the call .its very hard to book in appointment. Waste of time

Sadly a once excellent surgery has stooped to an extremely low level. Are the doctors in the country or they have gone to foreign clims and left their staff as cannon fodder to see off the masses?

Since covid this Gp practice has gone down hill. Its impossible to get hold of them and once you do they will tell you to call back tomorrow even if its 5 minutes after 8. The only good reception staff they had was a male and he has left. As for the Dr's once you get to speak to them, they are nice and helpful. Just good luck on having a face to face FYI when it comes to having a blood test ask for a full MOT for woman issues not sure for the men? also try and get a copy of the report letter for any test or scan . To be on the safe side maybe see another doctor or go private if you are concerned. Remember your health is the most important thing. Good luck.

Had to wait over 40mins to see the nurse for my appointment. No apologies given by her. It's ridiculous you make time out of work and come ON time to only be delayed by over 40mins for 10min booked appointment. Last time we had to wait again for the nurse, who wanted to chat about what my profession, instead of carrying out get duties. Unprofessional nurse. Very bad time keeping.
