Went to Daniel after spilling some water on my laptop. He managed to sort it out and run diagnostics on the same day and very generously did it free of charge. Top guy! Highly recommend

I had a problem with a graphics driver that prevented me from connecting to a projector which my job depended on - Daniel was very helpful in giving me advice over the phone and fixed the issue for me swiftly! Would recommend him to anyone needing help with computer repairs!

This is a poor quality service. I initially rang Daniel about my computer issue, he mentioned he would have a look. He mentioned all I need to do was drop it off at his shop and one of his employees would take it off my hands. I got to the location, it is not a shop but a flat, I rang the bell and a lady with very poor English answered the door. I wasn't sure what she was saying so I called Daniel, who explained the "Employee" was his mother and that I should leave my computer with her. This was a little much so I declined and asked if instead he could do a home visit the next day. He agreed and said he would be there at 6:30pm. By 7:30pm he hadn't turned up so I text him and then called with no answer. Later, he said he had COVID, however this doesn't stop from replying to a text message.

Excellent quick service. Fault on hard disc found and disc replaced within hours. Great guy to deal with.
