Dr Natasha and Nurse Maria on the ADHD team are lovely hard working people who are massively let down by how disorganised this clinic is. Reception take names incorrectly and are dismissive over the phone, communication is scarce and incredibly between the lines which is a nightmare for anyone with ADHD to navigate. Id love to change this review as the team are genuinely great and seem to want to help but I just feel constantly forgotten about sadly.

I never leave reviews but the staff at the ADHD clinic dont get enough credit for all they do! Theirs one doctor and two nurses running the clinic theyre so understaffed there but still somehow manage to make all their patients feel welcome. Like a lot of the other reviews nurse Maria is amazing and understands so much about adhd and is very patient with patients like myself to love to waffle a bit lol. But NELFT really do need to pull their finger out and get more doctors and nurses on the team especially with so many more women being assessed/ diagnosed now.

Was 5 star but is going downhill I phoned Jane Atkinson centre to speak with my key worker only to be told he has left And that I now I have a new key worker, no-one told me . No communication
