There's a professional issue every single time. Unreliable in terms of times, customer service and cleaning. 5 times in a row commented on bathrooms and toilets before t being cleaned ( dust and hair on the sink and in the bath, no attention to limescale or to any deeper cleaning than just mopping the service) Price above market average by 25%, still they sure know to take money for every extra 5 minutes the cleaner spends in the property, (no exaggeration , I can show you the receipt) without even so much as a proper explanation on what has been charged. You'll need to pay separately for changing binbags, for washing 3 plates left in the sink, or a simple request to vacuum under the furniture. They supposedly provide cleaning products but 40% of the time something happens and they end up using yours. The company requires a lot of flexibility and tolerance from their customers but have zero flexibility when it come to their responsibilities. No accountability for errors or shortfalls. There were only 3 times across the period of time I hired them when they actually came in the time and the day that was allocated.I had to miss cleaning sessions because they came while I was at work and they decided that they'll come 3 hours earlier or later than the time agreed upon. They will not pay for their own parking and anything that happens to the car is apparently also your responsibility... Be wary of this company.
