Scott and Chris fitted a carpet in the stairs and landing, and they have done an excellent job showing great care and attention to detail to ensure a good finish. We have been impressed with the quality of their work and are very happy with the outcome. Scott also assisted me in choosing a carpet, by providing information and multiple samples with patience and courtesy even though I was indecisive. He took a great deal of trouble to help me find the carpet that would work in our house and which we would be happy with long term. As we are currently renovating our house, we will return to Scott in a few months to fit carpet and flooring in two bedrooms. We had searched around and consulted several flooring companies from the start, but we finally chose the team of Scott as he was the only one taking our urge seriously and tried his best to arrange an earlier appointment out of their busy working schedule. He was skillful enough that met our need in laying the luxury vinyl elegantly in our desired pattern, which was in fact previously turned down by other flooring companies. We were so pleased to receive his delicate "masterpiece" after three days of hard work. Special thanks to his teammate, Chris, for his contribution and dedication.
