My 20 year old Technics piano just stop playing and I was unsure where to get it repaired. I found Mike's website and called him. We discussed the possible problem and what he could do. He then spent about 45 mins helping my husband and I dismantle the sound board and 'mother' board which we sent to him. 4 weeks later we got it all back and after another 70 mins on the phone to talk us through installing it, it was all back in working order. Mike is a true craftsman and very careful and knowledgeable at what he does. Very pleased with the service and would recommend him to anyone.

Mike is very skilled and knowledgeable when it comes to electrical pianos. He fixed the sticky keys on my daughter's piano which I was told by other technicians would require the entire board being changed at a cost of a new piano! Thank goodness I came across Mike! Very honest and humble and managed to repair the keys at a very modest cost! Can't recommend him highly enough.

We had a 20 year old Technics piano that packed up and I thought it would be beyond repair. I found Mike on google, and his very comprehensive pages described exactly the failure we had, so I thought it worth a try. I contacted him and he came back to me very quickly and talked through what was likely to be the fault and the repair/cost. We agreed a day and time and he even repaired it while I waited for a few hours as it was a long drive to him. The piano plays and sounds better than ever, and with some preventative repairs should last us even longer. The repair was a very fair price considering the cost of a piano replacement. I'm so impressed with Mike's knowledge and enthusiasm, so rare to get such service these days. Thank you Mike!

My 25 year old much loved Technics PX266 electric piano suddenly stopped working and it was only then I found a true craftsman in these great instruments. A lot of the internal parts either don't exist or are very hard to find but Mike sorted the main problem (as well as a few others) within 24 hours of first contact. He takes great pride in what he does and how he does it - a pleasure to meet and would thoroughly recommend.
