Eamonn & his team undertook a two storey extension of our 1930s house. They designed & built a bespoke kitchen for us, which we are absolutely delighted with. The craftsmanship is second to none & we could not be happier. We now have a beautiful family home with four bedrooms, family bathroom, open plan kitchen/diner/family living space & a separate utility room. We would not hesitate to recommend Griffin Design & Build.

Eamonn and the team put up a large two-storey, timber framed rear extension for us. The were knowledgable, hardworking, flexible and fairly priced. They also listened to what we needed but gently made suggestions when there was a better way to do something. We always knew what was happening in the project and it was a shame to see them leave at the end of the project. I have worked with a lot of builders and will definitely call them back when we have another project.
