Efficient and tidy installation. Salesman and installer both on time, friendly and helpful. Ive now had my blind for one summer and am very happy with it.

Very positive experience. The salesman who visited us gave professional advice to guide our choices of blind and awning, and confirmed that they could fit a blind using special brackets to compensate for our lack of open wall. We were promised delivery in seven weeks, which was spot on. On the day, the two fitters turned up early, worked professionally and tidily, were friendly, and gave us clear instructions on use and maintenance. Thank you very much.

I have been delighted with Outershade. I approached several companies about replacing an aging awning and was left feeling it was not possible to fit a new one without a major overhaul of my gutters and outdoor light positions. Ben came out to take a look and came up with a solution, He then had Mike come out to survey and measure up. 6 weeks later the awning was fitted on a scorching hot day. I am delighted with the Markilux 990 and so pleased to have gone for the electric version (thanks Mike for the advice!). Thanks Outershade for a professional service and for making it easy! Kate
