Tanworth-In-Arden Medical Practice

Shocking service today. Receptionist not at all helpful. (That's been polite) I have been with this practice for 28 years, a sad day when I can't get the help I need.

Disgusted in this surgery, they have refused to sign a very simple standard government form for probate for one of their patients who is in care and has dementia and alzheimers...probate needs completing on her late husbands estate as she does not have capacity, so her home can be sold to pay for her care, but they have refused...this will now result in a very lengthy process, in which the sale will probably be lost and her care will suffer, their empathy is non existent for something that would take 2 minutes and all other GPS we've spoken to would And do, do it, even if for a fee, which is not the issue! Appalled!

This GP surgery is worth more than 5 stars. For the past year or so I have been most impressed by the superlative service that the Good Practice has given me, my family, and the friends and neighbours that we have encouraged to join. The lady (ladies) you have on reception is amazing, she is so helpful. For my son, once Dr Matthewman phoned me the same day and prescribed, and after a couple of days when identified necessary, she arranged a face-to-face appointment, well I have to say she was one of the few nicest Dr I've ever spoken to at any surgery in my forty-plus age. Then another time with Dr Panesar for me who was also very good and helpful. Overall nice doctors who dont push you out after 2 mins, they do listen. Its a well-organised efficiently run GP surgery. Thanks to all the team.
