Geraldine will take the stress away from families and individuals researching care homes and tailor her search to the person in need. Our mum suffers from Alzheimers and when at-home care became untenable, a friend recommended Geraldine to help us navigate the often overwhelming and traumatic experience of moving a loved one into care. Geraldine understands the care sector. With her expertise and connections, she identified suitable care homes within our criteria then arranged and accompanied us on visits. She equipped us with knowledge and briefed us on questions to ask. Once we found the right home, she assisted with contract negotiations, visited mum to ensure a smooth transition and continued to check in over time. Throughout our time working with Geraldine, we felt empowered and advocated for. Geraldine is kind, thoughtful, gracious and has a knack for making you feel that everything will be ok. We felt cared for and I have no hesitation in recommending her!

As a financial advisor I have worked with many families at various stages in the process of arranging care so I felt that I understood the challenges pretty well. When recently my father in laws' advancing dementia meant that a move to care home was essential, we came to realise how much more complex this process is.
