Keylight Photography

Ive used Keylight Photography a number of times to photograph classic JDM cars Ive had through the years. The outcomes have always been of very high quality and dealt with with utmost professionalism. I can highly recommend Keylight Photography for all of your photographic and videography needs. As I am in the process of restoring another JDM classic, I am currently using Keylight Photography to step by step photo document every stage of the restoration. Thanks Jon for all your great work..

Absolutely awful quality of pictures. Jon came on the day very friendly, he made me feel relaxed, as I told him I was abit nervous about pictures taken. Anyway after the wedding I emailed and text Jon to see how long the photos would take. He didn't respond only after 6 months of waiting maybe even longer I resorted to leaving him a negative fb review that's when we recieved the link to the photos. On screen they looked OK. I was really shocked at some of the photos the way my dress was hung. There were no black and white, no zoomed in shots or edits of the background down. A friend of mine is a photographer but we didn't choose her because she was invited to our wedding. Anyway after showing her she was discusted at the quality. The dress was hung up on a curtain pole. He blamed the setting the lighting and covid. He is very argumentative avoid at all costs. When we finally received the USB my god, no sharpness to the colours some are blurry. I'm going to investigate further and see if this person is actually qualified. I was never informed of any time constraints I have text messages and messenger messages as well as email to prove this. Anyone that leave this man a negative review or questions his work he goes straight into argument mode. He doesn't help to resolve the issue. Perhaps he could have edited the background like blurred it or cropped. His work is literally snap snap snap snap. He does not direct or bring lighting with him. I've worked in the wedding industry and any photographers we have used as third party always have two members of staff with them as well as lighting. I loved everyone that supplied me with the goods I ordered. Under consumer rights act 2015 Jon breached many many sections. He also didn't inform me of the waiting time prior to booking that ordering a Italian album would take an extra 8 to 14 weeks. Had I had known this I would not have booked. I'm left devastated that the picture quality is not what it should be. I was very happy with all other suppliers as we have worked with them for years. My make up artist in the end was the one that personally edited each picture and pixel. He has now threatened me and has sent me harrasing emails to remove my comment. Absolute headcase, he is not registered with the masters of photographers association as they informed me that he completed the course with them but did not renew.

Jon went above and beyond for us on our wedding day (even travelled all the way down to Cornwall and stayed all day with us!). Cant fault the quality of the pics of our day, really captured the moment brilliantly forever!
