Had this hired for me as a present. Totally loved it! Kids loved it we were in it all the time. Lovely chap that delivered and collected. Would recommend to anyone.

Contacted midland hot tub for my daughters birthday party and from the start a very professional service the price was spot on delivery time spot on even though I booked it quite late in the week (Ian even texted to let me know he was on his way with a ETA which was appreciated) the tub was immaculate he gave us clear instructions on how to operate the tub he said 10-14 hrs to heat up but was up to temp within 8 (in January) I had two little queries which I couldnt remember during hes demonstration which I texted over and within 5 mins he texted back even when he collected late on the night (6.00) to give us chance get back from work again another nice touch he bought over a pump to empty it out into a drain no mess 5 star service from the start to end.

Great service when I hired a hot tub for my daughter's birthday party. The hot tub was all set up for me and the instructions were easy to follow. It warmed up nicely and was a big hit for the party. Was also dismantled and packed away really quickly and not a drop of water spilled. Will definitely use again for next year's hot tub party :-).
