        Parcels are left for days and no updates under tracking number! No customer service, no response, you know nothing at all! Terrible service!

        Forcing staff to wear ear plugs in an environment where forklifts are in and out of trailers . Keeping agency staff hostage in the canteen for upto 3 hours only to send them home without a shift. Its a good side job or side hustle but a terrible job for the unfortunate permanent staff

        No updates on an important package. Delayed for days, with no reason. FedEx customer support is none-existent. When I eventually get through to a "real" person via a chat box, I am told the shipment missed the van load out. What?! Every day?!!! I would not recommend FedEx to anyone.
