Asked them to fix the engines battery issue, they changed the auxiliary in the boot and when questioned on this they had no excuse except to waste my money.
Very poor customer service, sending queries they never call back. However, spamming me with post & emails.
They completed two major services in a row (double price ~700).
Always looking to upsell you - identifying non-issues and pressuring you into it. Issue then reviewed by dealership & MOT garage, not required.
Decided to go back to main dealership, for better service for cost. Avoid. Services: Air conditioning, Vehicle Inspection, General repairs & maintenance, Battery
