So went and saw the car just over a months ago . Went to collect the car drove it away the window wiper was have gone. Took it back got it replaced. 5 mins later the engine management light came on so took it back got told to just drive it and it will be fine. Took them 2 weeks to get my car booked in to sort it which was the 18th of April and still haven't got my car back .Also was told it was a priority and still not back with me my car was a Tucson and they provided me with a 208 which is so much smaller and only just fits my baby's pram on I rang several time to find out what's going on with my car and no one in the brach besides the manager know what was going on and was told it would be ready by the end if the week and they have only just ordered the part for the car so I won't get it back till next week now. Also need crying on the phone because of frustration and the manager said goodbye and he will ring back later.

Staff did their best where possible, the delay due to backlog was disappointing and being called to be informed of further delays became an irritation, since I am a carer and needed the car via the Motability scheme asap. However, Mohammed Ali did a great job.
