The Farm Cafe

Last minute booking and eating (no need to really book though as it wasn't even half full, tables just resverved a tad too early). Arrived and sat to one end of the place. Left for a few minutes to decide, then came to take order (it's table service). Pleasant and polite team member. Unfortunately it was downhill from here. Took 5-10 minutes to get our latte and apply juice. Then took approx 40 minutes from ordering to recieve two brekfast muffins. Tad ridiculous in my opinion especially when there were a couple of take away orders who came in and ordered who got their food before us. I get they don't want people "loitering" and waiting in work gear etc but take care of those sat inside also. Now don't get me wrong, I don't mind waiting for food. As long as its good food..... This probably missed the bar ever so slightly. Could have been the wait of 40 minutes for a quick bite to eat that soured the taste but for the wait and the price.... It wasnt fantastic. Overall a really disappointing experience.
