My Aunties pool had been unused and unloved for some time...since the passing of her husband...I contacted Kent pool services and after hearing about the situation Glen came over as soon as possible and cleaned and treated the water , which we had thought was beyond help. He said that she needed a new pump/filter and when it came he fitted it for free ..! A genuinely nice guy who went out of his way to help..can't thank him enough.. Professional and friendly ... The pool is now used daily....Good therapy.. Services: Swimming pool equipment repair, General repairs & maintenance

Glenn Cancelled job at last minute because I would not pay 1100 in advance without even meeting the guy. I offered a deposit he hung up on me in a rude way and said he didn't need the work anyway. His invoice said 7 days payment terms as-well. I would have paid in full when job was completed.very rude

Used for hot tub cleaning, water change and check up. Spoke on text and then had to chase, to get a message back saying the original price was wrong and it was more expensive. As hot tub is big, I was ok with that. Payment was needed in advance and work was done as agreed whilst I was away. However, the hot tub wasnt that clean and the top cover etc hasnt been cleaned at all. The water had been replaced but was now below the level of some of the jets. I messaged to ask if there had been a problem, and got an answer back a few days later. The answer I got was that it had been cleaned, they didnt realise I wanted to top and cover cleaned (everywhere else I looked that was a standard part of the clean and service) and he could come back and put more water in if needed, he hadnt realised it was low. That either means only one half of cover was opened or, well I dont know what! I politely refused and did it myself as well as re cleaning to get the marks off that had been left in the tub. as I feel I have lost trust in KPS. I am amazed cleaning the cover isnt part of it and Im dont feel like a good job was done. Maybe it was a bad day, who knows, but I paid a LOT of money and dont feel I got great service.
