    I am a 56-year-old male whos done lots of endurance exercise, particularly cycling, but feeling demotivated coming out of lockdown, decided that I ought to start doing some resistance work to strengthen my frame. Cue a phone call to Sarah for help...and to add to the challenge Im registered blind as well! My number one concern when using a PT for the first time was that they would come along and bring a uniform set of exercises and apply them to me whether they worked or not. Sarah has had to tailor everything that she does with me to accommodate my needs and my lack of sight and she has done it absolutely effortlessly. In the four months that we have been working together I have come to thoroughly enjoy the sessions. Sarah is constantly upbeat and motivating and the work we do is challenging but appropriate. She has a sixth sense and can tell if Im a little sore and will adjust the workout accordingly but also somehow seems to know when Im just being a bit of a wimp and therefore will push me through! She has lots of equipment and the sessions are always different and never ever boring. I thoroughly enjoy the sessions and they always leave me feeling as though I have worked out - there is always some form of variation that makes something new ache! She is punctual and prepared to be flexible if my schedule means our appointments have to be shifted. I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough. As for the results I recently completed a 100 mile bike ride which would ordinarily have left me with a sore neck and shoulders for the next couple of weeks. This time, thanks to my strengthened upper body and core I have had no discomfort whatsoever. Well done Sarah and thanks ever so much!

    I recommend my trainer Sarah Nield Personal Trainer - (based Barnsley) She's AMAZING!! x I've gone from a 14 to 8 in 7 months she's super supportive and personalises your training for ultimate impact but to suit YOU x I'm that invested I bought my own weights, n ankle weights & resistant band (she brings ALL Equipment with her btw) I bought my own to do extra days training When you see results it's addictive x The first 3 months is about endurance and your fitness levels but before you know it you get to where you need to be. My program was high protein low carbs, core strength HITT, continuous circuit, boxercise with pads with functional training with dumbell weights, different excerises each session to keep it interesting When I first started a 3kg weight dumbbell was heavy now I'm lifting 12.5kg it's amazing what your body can do when you train it When I set her on in June 2020 I was a body type 1 which is hidden obese I had fat covering my organs I was massively unfit I'm now a type 5 which is normal standard my metabolic age when I started was 42 I'm now 33 My fitness levels has dramatically improved I've lost the belly, I've got a firmer toner body & I'm seriously happy I'm literally pre pregnancy reversed almost 10 years . X She does training at your house for 1 hour (I did x3 days a week) so all focus is on you so you feel comfortable Your first consultation she'll weigh you measure your core strength muscles and fat levels then she'll go home and plan based on your body type etc x Not going to lie it's HARD work but it's worth it x The hour goes fast BTW She's done wonders for my mental health the exercise resets me, and helps me sleep alot better its built my confidence too and I gained a life long friendship as well If 2022 is the year to get fit, please give Sarah a message you won't regret it x Its the BEST thing I ever did believe me when I say it I was mega mega unfit 4 takeaways a week 10 bottles of wine a week, not excerised since school, basically I was ruined but 7 months later BOOM I'm back to my body when I was in my twenties, #littlefitty I'm 37 btw Fitness has now become part of my weekly routine, I've invested alot of money, time, tears, and sweat, I refuse to ever go back to my bad habits Dont think it, JUST DO IT!!! ALWAYS DRINK MINIMUM 2 LITRES OF WATER A DAY you don't realise the impact this makes with your weight loss and training
