Went for a contact lenses consultation, was told I was late for my appointment, which I was nt, explained spoke to a guy week before and it was at 3.30, a staff member said I can re assure you its ar 3.10 it's in the book, have a look, I found this very rude, the optician made me wait, I told him what I wanted and he was very rude and unprofessional, said if I wanted contact lenses trial, I would have to pay up front. which was 130 for 3 months of contact lenses, he said I dont want you getting a prescription, then getting your lenses from the internet, so don't be wasting my time, I walked out and wont be going back !!!!! Very bad service from a professional, some of the staff are lovely but the Male optician was horrid and made me feel uncomfortable!!!!
