        The reception my husband recieved was abrupt, the member of staff who greated him was very frosty and off hand, in fairness we were 10 minutes late for our appointment. Our lateness was due to us not knowing the area and our car satnav taking us approximately 3 miles out of our way. We did telephone ahead to inform them that we were lost and would be slightly late. On a positive note the optician who carried out my husbands vision test was lovely, helpful and friendly. The shop was busy, easily accessible and well stocked.
