From mum becoming a resident at The Conifers to the day she passed away I never had a worry. She could be a difficult customer at times and the staff were wonderful with her. She thoroughly enjoyed her meals - right up until the last day. All I have is thanks and praise for the staff at The Conifers.

My grandmother, aunt and father spent their last days here and my mum is in her 11th year. I have found this home to be excellent with caring and compassionate staff who go the extra mile for their residents and families. The home is always clean and smelling fresh and the staff are cheerful and welcoming. I have been able to entrust my loved ones into their care, especially through lockdown, with no worries. Overall Standard : Excellent

A very caring and loving home, my grandmother is 99 years old and has been at conifers for a few years, she is well and truly looked after, the staff are very professional funny and loving, always full of laughter. My grandmother has always had a good appetite and can't wait for her meals!! They have great entertainments for the residents. Always feel very welcoming when visiting my grandmother.
