Great bunch of guys to train with, excellent knowledgeable coach, brilliant place to train for anyone with any level of skill or fitness level.

Extremely welcoming. I don't manage to get to many training sessions due to work commitments but every time I do manage to make it I'm always welcomed back by everybody. If you're looking to train somewhere seriously or just on the occasion then this is the best place for it.

Great place to train. Everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly. Classes are suitable for all levels, so give it a go. I can't recommend it enough.
