        I went to Better Bodies Gym today not knowing what to expect as ive always found gyms quite intimidating places however upon arrival i was welcomed by a warm friendly lady called jo ... she was so kind and understood my goals and stuff and showed me around and showed me how to work out properly on the machines.... i couldn't reccomend "Better Bodies Gym more highly the staff are polite and friendly and its a great atmosphere with fantastic eqipment all in all it was a great experience which has encouraged me to stsrt going 3 times a week .....If i could give it 10 stars i would .... Excellent !!
