Always order from these nearly weekly and today food was cold and my chips from my meal was missing my order is always over 30 quid

dont normally eat out but ordered a bucket with fries - was 25 minutes from ordering to arriving - the lady taking the order on the phone was polite - the delivery driver was friendly and curteous and the meal was lovely and hot and delicious and im not chicken and fries fond - really good service and we will be ordering again - thank you
