        Every visit to this surgery has been a pleasant experience. I've always been treated with the utmost kindness and respect, as well as receiving some top-notch dental treatments. Nothing is too much trouble, and I would highly recommend them.

        Waited MONTHS for an appointment to be told the week before that my dentist has left and they cannot see me for another 10 months. They were adament that they could not see me sooner but said they would contact me if this changed which it did not. I missed my new appointment due to having the wrong date written down and they then had the audacity to tell me I have missed more than 2 appointments and that they will no longer see me. I have never missed an NHS appointment before in my life and found the letter rude, especially after being previously messed around with appointments. Needless to say I am pleased they have taken me off their records.

        Welcoming reception staff, always polite and helpful. I have the same dentist every visit and she is professional and gives advice in a friendly manner and puts you at ease I would highly recommend after having an awful experience at another practice
