I telephone as a new patient today with an eye problem and was kindly given an appointment 3 hours later. On walking in the staff were really friendly and welcoming .Tracie, Sue, Donna and Sophie were a pleasure to meet and from now on I shall always come here for my eye appointments. Taras was lovely . He was easy to talk to, explained everything he was doing and recapped to make sure I understood before leaving . He was so reassuring and helpful and I would describe him as outstanding . What a pleasurable experience it was to be treated so nicely. Thank you!

Attended wombourne branch for an eye test ,seen on time and had a quality test and explained in detail. Offered to have extensive photos of eyes taken which I had, since not having since 2017 it was good to keep up to date .Once again results explained by optician Olha and then seen by Sophie who showed me a number of spectacles . All very friendly staff and helpful . Would highly recommend a visit to keep your eye health in check and receive good thorough tests.

Used to use spec savers far to much like cattle market..Visited Taylor Biddle Wombourne..Full professional service. My chosen opticians now for future eye test and glasses.
