Our existing GRP flat roof was installed incorrectly and to a poor standard by another contractor. Adam came out to inspect and was able to confidently propose a robust long term and cost effective solution. It was proposed to remove and cut back the worst affected area and then recover with a Sarnafil single-ply membrane. This involved removing and refitting the existing coping stones and roof lantern. Adam's team arrived promptly and were fully briefed by Adam on the requirements for the job. They were polite, professional and highly skilled. The job was completed ahead of schedule to an incredibly high standard. The area was always kept clear and all waste was removed from site. The new roof was left looking as it should have originally and most importantly no leaks. From quotation, through installation and aftercare (warranty docs) DeRosa have delivered.
