Gravel Hill Surgery

Never had a problem here. Have had the wonderful Doctor Carey since i was little and she has now left i hope she is well. Can get an appointment same day if you ring up early enough, the phone lines are always busy but that is as with any practice. I couldn't call this morning due to working even though i knew i had some sort of chest infection. I managed to get through later and there were no appointments left but after explaining the receptionist (Kate i think) went above and beyond to try to squeeze me in and i recieved a phone call from a lovely male doctor who was most helpful. I now have medication which has eased my anxiety about it all and saved me suffering a further two days until i had time off work. I wanted to leave this review to say thank you, you have no idea how much that helped me today and also people are so quick to complain about people who are doing their best with the limited resources they have. Sometimes we need to be kinder, more understanding and thankful for the amazing work our GP's do.

Got told off by a Dr for not keeping a appointment that I had not made she was rude arrogant luckily I had a email to prove it not even a apology from anyone getting a appointment with a female DR is impossible they think they can talk down to you at the surgery they don't like it when you prove them wrong told To call 8am 3 times In a week left on hold for over a hour then phone goes dead constantly making excuses lines playing up the men reception are alot nicer well spoken and have empathy maybe the women should take a leaf out of there book If they want respect learn to give it back. We're humans too just because we don't work at the surgery doesn't mean you can speak to us and lie to us.

Been on hold 30 minutes 5.second conversation then put on hold and cut off .. shower of shite..
