Purchased two rise and recliner chairs for elderly parents. Black Country Chairs were absolutely brilliant company to deal with, no pressure and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Great Company, lovely family run Company that goes the extra mile. You can't beat the personal service you get from them. My Dad was in strife when his chair broke and thanks to their speedy delivery he's back in a chair in less than 24hours. You don't get that customer care from a big company!
