Excellent service would definitely use again

Disappointed towards the end of our journey, should of had the keys to our new property on Friday 13th Nov. Although this wasnt stephensons fault, however anxiety set in and should of had the keys midday today (16/11), chased stephensons and our solicitors as to reason for delay. Finally got through to stephensons at 4:20pm, they said they were dealing with it. Couldnt get through again on the phone so took it on ourselves to drive to their office, the office is closed due to covid (understandable). Finally spoke to a receptionist at 4:35pm, in which to find her attitude quite condescending, she said she was trying to get through to bartlams to release the keys, bartlams (2 doors away from stephensons) I kept the receptionist on my mobile whilst walking round to bartlams (15seconds) myself. Passed the phone to a memeber of staff at bartlams and he gave me the keys once confirmed funds had been released. Customer service? I think not. Buying a first home is stressful and we could of just had every bit of help to reassure us which unfortunately was missing.
