To all the team Myself and my family would all like to express our heartfelt thanks to you all for your help, both setting up funeral plans earlier this year, and for your help and support regarding the funeral for my mom, Marie Lucas on 16th August. You professionalism and support from start to finish, has been amazing, and made a dreaded day go very smoothly. Everyone we dealt with showed great compassion at a very difficult time, and considered our thoughts and feelings at every stage of the process.. Thank you so much. The worst time in anyones life is when someone you love is gone. The Company collected Mom and gave us useful help and advise and the good service continued. Tracey handled Moms funeral with care and sensitivity, whilst getting the job done. The order of service and the funeral itself all organised and the day of the funeral was perfect. We were given friendly advise as needed and support. I have never been through this experience and can say every member of staff was wonderful. Thank you to everyone of you for giving the most precious person in our family a wonderful farewell. Lots of thanks from Irene Hobbs family
