        Always feel like you're negotating with the receptionists when you eventually get through. Rang 58 times to be put in a queue. 1 hour later, still on hold. Doctors are great when you eventually see them but this practice needs to change its attitude and process for booking appointments.

        Can't get through on phone, line constantly busy. I have tried 41 times so far! Extremely frustrating.

        My wife has been on the phone now for over 30 minutes. She has gone through the numbers queue From 6 and now has the message: your call will be answered by the next available operator. She has been number one in this queue for over 25 minutes. If we drive and knock on the door we will be advised to call. This is ridiculous!
