Have been coming here for years and have always been pleased with the salon! Absolutely brilliant staff.. all very polite, welcoming and friendly. They always have conversations with me and my partner and show a genuine interest in every customer. The beds are very good and the shop is spotless, never had an issue with the cleanliness. During the pandemic the staff ensured the right infection control measures were adhered to which made us feel at ease using it at this time. The salons prices are very reasonable, the best around! Me and my partner share a 120 minute course which lasts us well, but our daughter is on the membership at 30 a month for unlimited use! They have a good selection of tanning lotions, bottles and pots.. all varying prices. The salon recently ordered my wife a bottle in as they didn't have it in stock and it arrived within a couple of days! I would and frequently do highly recommend TAN101 to everyone! Service: Tanning

Came here with my partner on 18/06/22 @ around 6pm. The service was absolutely diabolical and we was not greeted with a warm welcome (as we were new clients) by the thin dark headed girl as she was very rude and gave a attitude like that she didnt really want to be there. I asked her Do you have any sun beds free for 2 people? And her response was OMG people always ask this every time they come in here of course they are free! Well we dont know how the business works do wewe were new clients? E.g. May need to book online etc for a sun bed appointment. Very shocking atmosphere! She needs to be trained up I think on customer service skills if she wants to keep her job in the future and not roll her eyes through the window when she sees clients coming inyes we saw you do this we are not stupid! Sun beds were old fashioned and looked like they was going on the blink so change the lights in the beds! Needs to be updated and modernised the business I think if they want to keep their clients! Plus not very hygienic at all as the thin dark headed girl did not clean our sun beds after we came out. So watch out everyone and please be careful! This was the first and last time coming here. We will not be returning EVER AGAIN DISGUSTING!!! Service: Tanning
