        Barclay's Wombourne is the worst branch to deal with in my 25 years of being with Barclays. Waited 45mins in the queue when there was only 2 cashiers. Joke of a branch with poor management and communication. Literally struggled their shoulders and not helpful.

        Disgusting would not sort out mom's account after my father died no one available?? Staff talking in back room but still wanted us to make an appointment another day 20 mins to closing, but internet states 4pm closing 1 hour 40 mins. Dudley shut Wednesday, brignorth closing time to move to a bank who cares for its customers.
