Overall a genuinely poor customer experience from begining to end. Ordering on their website is simple enough however despite their ordering process stating they would contact prior to delivery, no attempt was made. When asked direct questions in regard to product specifications such questions are diverted an ignored.
When dealing with complaints the blame is shunted to the customer despite trying to remain in open communication with them throughout the whole process.
Overall a generally poor experience. I will not be shopping from them again.
