Advised to go to my doctor's from the Walk-In centre. Advice from the receptionist of my doctors to go to the Walk-In centre.

I tried for 3 days to get an appointment. For a blood test. (not had one since 2019) I finally got through Thursday to find no appts. Feel frustrated.

This place reminds me of a communist country service. Most receptionists are rude and ignorant. They treat you like a problem the minute you walk in there, they look like they hate their job and work as volunteers rather than get paid. If it wasn't for Dr Bola who really helped me and the south African receptionist who is always kind, polite and helpful, I wouldn't have had any luck there. Female Dr Mushtag is ignorant and lacks compassionand. Her husband Dr is much more caring. There are very few people there who bother, the physiotherapists are great as well as the nurses and child care service. Some doctors seem like they just finished some part time course and have no idea about medicine. No one wears a name tag there so you never know who you spoke to.
