Having recently taken on a large, period, Victorian house I needed all the windows replacing including several original, large sash windows. I spent a lot of time looking at the larger national firms, who just sent out salespeople who really didnt seem to understand the character features I was looking to keep and who proceeded to telephone me daily with new offer after new offer. Not happy with the quality of windows being offered or the level of knowledge their salespeople demonstrated I was recommended Tettenhall Windows. Nathan Burrows came out and spent some considerable time listening to what I wanted and the budget I was working to. Nathan provided me a no-nonsense quote and Tettenhall Windows have since gone on to replace all my windows with quality frames and A+ rated windows (guaranteed for 10 years) that look great and retain all of the original character I was looking to preserve. Nathan and his team took care of every aspect from start to finish, keeping me fully informed throughout the project. His window fitters were exemplary (polite, turned up on time, worked their socks off and did a fantastic job) and finished the job ahead of schedule and there were no hidden extras in the pricing. When finished Nathan did a full inspection of the work and only then did any money change hands. What more can I add but a massive thank you to Nathan and Tettenhall Windows, I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future. In addition to the comments below, adjustments were required to a window and front door a couple of years after installation. Nathan dealt promptly with my enquiry and Mark carried out the required work well within a week. Many companies promise after sales service, few provide it to this standard. A superb service all round. All the individuals involved: Nathan for the initial visit and price; Gary for the detailed site survey; Mark and Carl for the porch foundations and brickwork; Paul and Josh for the installation of windows and completion of the porch and canopy; Aaron and Andy for the plastering, operated to a very high standard and left the site clean and tidy at the end of each working day. The finished job is superb and reflects the attention to detail of all those involved. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.
