Phoenix Walk in and Health Centre

Went into the centre with my partner and got asked to leave because it was patient only. Never got explained to me why, the staff member was rather rude to me and it was quite embarrassing for me to be honest. Wish this was explained clearly to me and why before we visited as only wanted to reassure my partner. Suggest clearing stating this onto your website and training your staff to approach these situations with more care as my partner was not well and didnt want to sit in a room on her own for over 5 hours.

Big disgrace, as an international student my brother pays for the disgrace NHS is providing through this walk in center. He went in today, after waiting for 3 hours and even though he has blood in his urine sample, the nurse told him that she can not attend to all his problems and to get in touch with GP. If the GP surgery was attending to him, why would he come to you guys? And even after being on bed for 3 days and telling the nurse all his problems, if u don't want to attend to someone just say so..why wasting 3 hrs? Waste of time and space this place is..pure disgrace on the name of health services.

Have used the centre twice in the past few weeks. I found all staff to be polite and helpful, and I felt that the consulting staff really took their time to listen. On each visit we were out in just over an hour.

Disgusting. I've brought my mom here a few times over the past few weeks for the same problem and each time it has taken hours, only for her not to be seen. The staff are rude, defensive and extremely incompetent. I honestly cannot believe that this place is allowed to run.
