Ive just visited this company to book a service for my car. Whilst there, having given my name I was asked if Id written such a negative review and shown shown the review allegedly written by me. My details were correct as was some of the content relating to my car. The review was posted a few minutes before I reached the service reception. I have used this company a number of times to buy spare parts and accessories and always been treated very well. Whilst at the reception I was dealt with by Alan who not only treated me with utmost respect and courtesy, but arranged my service and a service plan. I have made enquiries regarding the negative review and can confirm no one in my family wrote it. This review has now been deleted by me, and all passwords and Gmail accounts have been changed. I wish to point out that I have no issues with Brindley Volvo or any of the staff I have dealt with, and have entered into a long term contract regarding future service needs. I am disgusted that the review was written, and the fact someone has used my details in such a manner. Additional details; You will note that I have very few reviews on Google as I use another platform. You will also note that the few Google reviews I have written are all positive, amd I only use Google if other platforms are not available

I recently had a dreaded warning light appear on my V70 instrument panel.The problem was diagnosed and rectified in just over 24 hours. The staff were helpful and courteous. the charge was moderate for a main dealer. Thanks. See you again.

It is a welcoming friendly staffed car showroom garage. We were greeted with a cup of coffee and discussed the purchase of our first electric car a Polestar 2 . We chose Brindley Volvo Cars Wolverhampton as they provide maintenance and checkout for a Polestar 2.
