        Absolutely useless. No one answers the phone, no one seems to care about any issues, no one can give you an idea of how long a problem takes to sort out. Company and this branch in particular, is absolutely abysmal. I implore anyone reading this, who is thinking about hiring from Europcar, to avoid doing so wherever possible. Customer service is laughable.
