Total shambles of a place try selling u products u don't need and add on admin fees which include a car valet.hpi check.and 3 month warranty which should be part of a dealer checks anyway before they should sell you a car.waited nearly a week .to contacted with update on vehicle trying to buy and still waiting ..they deal with u in a unprofessional manner .would give no stars buy not able to ..please avoid

Paid a deposit and arranged to pick up a car after being told it is ready after its apparent 112 point AA check. Hours later the car had apparently been sent back to auction after the brakes had failed. 3 request for a manager to call me back ignored!...well over a week later no deposit back!! Avoid

WARNING.. be aware paying a deposit on a car means absolutely nothing to this back street garage, they are lacking integrity. I payed a deposit on a car, bought train tickets for 115 and the day before I went to pick it up I had a call saying they had sold it to someone else! They apologised but to be honest I dont t feel that it was sincere. The manager from Witham said he would reimburse me 115 for the train tickets but as expected it was not forthcoming. Well I can only comment on my painful experience emotionally and financially, but wound really contemplate seriously before buying off these cowboys! Can you imagine if you had a warranty claim? Buyers I would steer clear from these charlatans, there are plenty of other sellers with integrity out there. Good luck. Andy.
