Service has been excellent. Firstly the test drive, I wasn't too familiar with an automatic and time was taken to explain everything to me. We went on roads that allowed me to test the car speeding up nicely which was great. Things were pointed out that they promised to fix and did. I put a deposit down on the car that day and they had the car then serviced with an MOT. The battery showed up as weak and they ordered a new one, fitted it and then had the car sent up to me in Cheshire. I was kept informed of progress regularly. The car came on time and i was even helped to sort the roadtax and V5C ownership form on the .gov website. Transferrd money once i was happy. So professional would highly recommend LBA Motors.
