        Absolutely shocking service !! Non-existent customer support, not working telephone number. Instead of arranging for a delivery like all other providers they sent me a text messages few hours before the delivery asking to reply yes or no. I had to decline twice and they stpped contacting me whatsoever. There is no way to call and speak with someone. Will be making a complaint to the parcel sender.

        I placed an order with the range on the 29/11/22, still havent received my wardrobe although I had phoned these muppets asking them to deliver the wardrobe on a Saturday which they agreed to(It was a nightmare to try and get through to them!). No it turns up on the Friday APPARENTLY whilst Im at work. They clearly typed my name to say it had been delivered to me when it obviously hadnt. Now I cant get in touch which them at all. Theres no van come up our street according to the CCTV from that day either. AVOID if possible.
