Bad. Just bad... 1t dumper: Supplied with snapped ignition key requiring fiddling around with the remaining key nub or a screwdriver to start; roll bar seized in down position; no seatbelt. Bobcat E17 digger: Supplied with loose ignition housing which fell apart, dropped in to the dash and had to be fished out and secured back in place; yellow drive speed button intermittent (mostly useless); pivot rod in bucket assembly vanished during regular use*. * On delivery I was warned that there's a habit of the rod going missing, making this a problem already known by Bushbury. Early on day one I spotted the rod trying to escape, meaning that the retaining lynchpin had disappeared, so it was secured back in place with a heavy duty bent nail. By the end of day one, the rod was long gone. I was told I'd be charged 25+VAT for a replacement rod, which I refused to pay on principle because if Bushbury chooses to supply machinery which is known to shed random parts during the course of normal operation then that's their problem, not mine. I won't be held financially responsible for Bushbury's failure to maintain their equipment properly. During an angry telephone conversation with whoever was in charge at Bushbury I was constantly spoken over and repeatedly told that I *had* to pay. I again refused and I was told not to bother trying to hire from Bushbury again. Poor machine maintenance, terrible customer service with added attempted extortion.

The most disgusting customer service I've had in years. Ring up for a part and the guy on the phone tells me he can't be ar**d to find a part number as he only works behind the counter and would rather not sell anything than look then hangs up
